      Our Freeze Drying process removes 99% of the moisture, making it extremely dry, and giving our candy that unique texture, and taste.

        After you open your bag of candy you MUST reseal the bag if you are not going to finish it all in one sitting.

       Every environment has humidity in the air.  If an unfinished bag of Freeze Dried Candy is left open humidity will start to soften up the candy, and it will lose its unique dry, and crunchy texture.
